After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Execution is the key factor for a company´s success, which composes one important component of enterprise competition in the 21st century. The main focus of this research has been analyzed the relation between execution and competition. Based on survey and study of one municipal engineering corporation, this article analyses problems existing, such as efficiency comes down, profit declines, benefit depresses and so on. Then it clarifies the relation between execution and competition. Finally, through introducing a folk, it probes methods and approaches to cultivate and advance enterprise competition.
