Study of optimizing the knowledge acquisition route based on core-corporation in supply chain

How to optimize the knowledge flow on supply chain has become a research focus of the study on supply chain. From the perspective of core-corporations on supply chain, this paper describes the flow path as to how the core-corporations acquire knowledge and builds optimization model of the efficiency of knowledge acquisition, with the cost and the increment of knowledge as variables, in the hope of improving the flow efficiency of knowledge by utilizing the core-corporations as major drivers on supply chain and eventually enhancing the core competence and the general efficiency of supply chain. Finally the paper verifies the feasibility of this method with examples.
