Abstract :
Considering the perspective of reducing cost and saving resources, the actual CNC machine tools can not conduct a lot of tests, and there is some danger in NC machining process. Virtual NC machining simulation can overcome the low processing efficiency, serious waste of resources; the long product development cycle and other defects. Also playing an important role in reducing production cost and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the theoretical research and practical application of the method of combining, using UG secondary development technology, reuse library and VC++ development tool, the numerical control milling machine fixture model, ball end milling cutter model and virtual milling processing environment were established, a virtual numerical control milling geometric simulation system was developed, and the virtual numerical control machining simulation system was verified convenient and effective. The simulation of virtual numerical control machining can overcome the disadvantages of real trial cut processing, to shorten the product development cycle, reduce the production cost and improve the market competition of enterprises.
