Abstract :
The dairy supply and demand is a very important problem in China. It is a long-term and strategic task also. According to static trade off theory, the authors adopted double-log model and panel estimation to forecasting and analyzing the relation between dairy products supply and demand in China. The results showed that the balance of dairy products supply and demand would be destroyed in the future. In order to stimulating the dairy products consumption, the reasonable supply and demand structure of livestock products should been set up as soon as possible in China. Through studying, the authors want to provide some references for readers.
