Abstract :
Choosing diversiform middlemen is urgent demand that enterprise meets growing consumer´s individuation needs. So we designed a middleman´s choosing flow for enterprise. Firstly, reduce the dimension of product´s attributes by factor analysis, get the main factors, clustering analysis for the products according to the main factors, and get the type of products. Secondly, make sure the target market of kinds of products by segmentation. Thirdly, construct the middleman´s customer value evaluation system. Finally, make feature extraction to the evaluation system by SVC and get the tidy evaluation system by which construct the middleman´s customer value evaluation model based on SVM, and regard the model as the technology rule of choosing a middlemen. With the example of mobile operator choosing middlemen, results show that the flow is reliable and this evaluation model corresponding to the 3rd service can be applied to choose new middlemen.
