Abstract :
Taking the production logistics of CD section as research object, this paper researches, analyzes, and diagnoses the three parts, namely plastic component stock logistics, packaging material fittings stock logistics, and warehousing operation logistics, and then improves the irrational part. After the optimization, the transport distance and the total operation quantity of production logistics in CD section are reduced. The improvement of logistics makes the production operation more fluency and efficient.
