Abstract
The growth is an important indicator measuring the operation and prospect of listed enterprises. We study the influence of large shareholders on the growth of small-and-medium listed enterprises(listed SMEs) from the aspect of the equity structure based on a sample of 189 A-market listed SMEs. We establish an indicator system using main factor analysis to get a comprehensive growth score for evaluating the growth. Through regression analysis we study the influence of the largest equity ratio under the condition of different equity nature. Moreover, we study the influence of the equity balance on the growth under the condition of different equity nature and different control types through grouping analysis.
