Abstract :
With the intensive competitions in global market, enterprises need to apply cooperative and competitive postures to manage their relationships with their supply chain members as well as the firms in the other supply chains. While todayiquests supply chains are evolving into more complicated network structures, most of the researches today are focused on the competition game among the upstream and downstream companies around the core company in the single supply chain networks (SSCN), and the cooperation-competition relationships among the SSCNs are somehow ignored. This paper first describes the structure of the complex supply chain networks (CSCN) that are formed by different SSCNs. Then, using the game theory, the paper studies the value-adding equilibrium between the SSCNs in the CSCN, and establishes the value-adding equilibrium model of the CSCNs under imperfect cost information.
