Abstract :
Since information technologies has become global to address the needs of the global market, companies take advantage of advanced information technologies in achieving their global supply chain. Knowledge share is now recognized as a key, competitive advantage of logistics enterprises. In the global economy, cooperation and alliance-based knowledge are increasingly important as the way of sharing knowledge interorganizationally. Yet, research into interorganizational knowledge share has been underdeveloped. So the selection of knowledge share partners has become the most important and serious problem for the logistics enterprises to make decisions. Partners´ performance decides the effectiveness of the knowledge share and can lead to the success and failure of knowledge share. The evaluation and selection of appropriate partner is a multi-objective and multi-layer comprehensive problem, and some evaluation factors are subjective. To evaluate the partners objectively, this paper establishes the index system of partners in knowledge share according to SCOR index model. In the process of evaluating and selecting partners based on AHP method, we import the TOPSIS method to standardize the evaluation result so that we can get more objective and effective evaluation result and get the final appropriate partner.
