Study on Cost Control of Enterprise Reverse Logistics Based on the Analysis of Cost Drivers

With the prosperity of reverse logistics recent years, the cost control of the reverse logistics is to be more and more valued by enterprise´s managers. In this paper, the authors firstly analyze the status of reverse logistics nowadays as an explanation why reverse logistics should be valued. Then, through the discussion on the relevant factors resulting in high reverse logistics cost, and the main reasons why it is difficult to control, the authors establish an optimized cost model of reverse logistics to show which steps should be paid more attention.
