Abstract :
This article focused on sustainable development, and proposed bounded conditions for reasonable use of water resources, then constructed the coordination and decomposition model. As the water resources have the multi-objectives, the first layer in the model put forward Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm, and use its unique ability of group research to make the optimal development of water resources simulate for biological evolution, It exist many ambiguous and uncertain problems because of the result based on different Decision-makers with his targets. Therefore, the second layer used fuzzy optimization. It greatly enhanced the accuracy and speed of the model. Experiments proved that we get the best coordinating relationships of utilizing the water resources and sustainable developed strategy.
