Abstract :
This paper sets up a two-stage stochastic programming model with recourse for dealing with the DCs location problem with uncertain demand. The model takes into account the influence of flexible allocation strategy on DCs location decision. The SAA (sample average approximation scheme) algorithm is applied and simulation experiment process has been designed for the model.
