Abstract
We present a new blur identification procedure based on the hybrid, two-level evolutionary-deterministic scheme which allows a dynamic modification of the size and the pattern of the PSF-support. The proposed procedure which comprises a generalization to the case of multiresolutional identification leads to the concept of adaptive interconnection windowing. Numerical simulations demonstrate an overall priority of the proposed identification scheme with regard to conventional techniques
