Abstract :
Model following control system (MFCS) can give general output signals following to desired ones. In this paper, a method of nonlinear MFCS will be extend to nonlinear chemical engineering systems of discrete time. Nonlinear systems which are dealt in this paper have the property of norm constraint ||f(x(k))|| ≤ α + β||x(k)||γ, where α ≥ 0, β ≥ 0, 0 ≤ γ <; 1. In this case, a new criterion is proposed to ensure that internal states are stable.
