Abstract :
Before devising a performance measurement system, the nature of the products should be considered. To evaluate supplier´s performance, two-dimension attributes of products are taken into account in this paper: product strategy and time sequence. A maximum entropy OWA (MEOWA) operator with fuzzy linguistic quantifier is presented to satisfy the complexity during the match of performance measurement system and product strategies. And a method of time ordered weighted averaging (TOWA) operator is given to meet the need of dynamic evaluation. The method presented in this paper is applicable and does not depend on the metrics used.
