Abstract
Water level is an important index for waterlog in the flood control and drainage of city. According to the characteristics of flood control and drainage in Luohu District of Shenzhen city, a water logging level forecasting model corresponding to the rainfall is proposed with piecewise linear model, with the comparison between the model forecasted and the gauging data, the model shows the higher precision and have certain practical value.
