The productivity of knowledge work comes from the effect of the incentive management on the knowledge employee. The design and innovation of compensation motivation mechanism become the emphasis of the modern enterprises´ HR management. Based on the literature review of the analysis of knowledge employee´s demands, through the deep analysis of demands depth-explicit demands and implicit demands, this paper discusses the characters of knowledge employee´s implicit demands, brings forward the principle of compensation motivation design and compensation motivation mechanism based on knowledge employee´s implicit demands.
