Abstract :
China\´s foundation of an innovation-oriented country needs numbers of innovation-oriented persons with abilities. Universities should take charge of fostering innovation-oriented persons with abilities. Moreover, the assignments above require making the teacher lecturer be an innovation-oriented teacher. This paper analyzes the form of the teacher lecturers\´ heterogeneity and categories the teacher lecturers as normal teacher, scientific research marketing teacher, scientific research accomplishing teacher and compound teacher. The paper discusses the cause of generation of heterogeneity, and analyzes heterogeneities caused by education and the "learning by working" mode. Finally, the paper puts forward the increment path of teacher lecturers: "learning by teaching" model, "learning by researching" model, "learning by team work" model.
