Study on the Strategic Readiness Evaluation of the Human Capitals

Human resource can play the same important role as the tangible asserts to implement the enterprise´s strategy. They are the keys of the strategy management whether the employee can understand and accept the mission, vision and core values of a organization, whether the status of the human capitals can meet the requirement of the strategy development and how the intangible assert can be assessed such as human resource. This essay constructs a framework of human capital readiness, and builds a mathematic method of AHP approach to assess the human capital readiness, to weigh the degree that the intangible asserts harmonize with the enterprise´s strategy, give a direction of human resource development and management.
