Abstract

This paper integrates the dynamic capability theory with management of supply chain for the first time, clarify the relationship among learning ability, knowledge innovation and dynamic capability of supply chain. Based on the relationship establishment of dynamic capability and competitive advantage, mechanism of knowledge sharing and knowledge transferring is analyzed. Furthermore, internal relationship of knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation and learning ability is explained. At last, we propose that knowledge sharing of inter-enterprises supply chain can improve the organizational learning ability.
