Abstract :
This paper analyzed the worldwide situation of the human resource Performance evaluation study, and constructed an indicator system for human resources evaluation based on some related literature , then constructed evaluation model for human resources evaluation based on extended C-OWA operators and TOPSIS method. By concentrating evaluation scores of different estimators from interval number to real number using Extended C-OWA Operators and then counting the distance and relative closeness between each candidate with positive ideal solution (PIS) and negative ideal solution (NIS) the rank of candidate can be confirmed. Finally, this paper certificated the validity of the evaluating method via real example analysis.
