Abstract :
In the fluid jetting dispensing process, The fluid viscosity varies as temperature changes, while it affects the consistency of the dispensing process. In order to maintain a constant temperature in the dispensing process, the temperature control system was designed which based on PID control algorithm and AT89S51 single chip microcomputer. The performances of the system were tested by experiment. During the testing the operating temperature was set to 70°C, the maximum temperature fluctuation was 0.5°C. The experiment shows that the temperature control system can meet the demand of the fluid jetting dispensing process.
