Abstract :
Several types of track changers on YZ-LiNbO3, operating at 434 MHz, have been compared: Conventional 3 dB multistrip couplers (MSC) combined with reflecting multistrip couplers (RMSC) and group type track changers with 3 and 4 electrodes per wave length, respectively. In order to determine the 4-port S-matrix of these track changers experimentally, a test structure consisting of 4 IDTs has been developed and fabricated. We will present theoretical and experimental results of track changers with different acoustic apertures and numbers of electrodes
