Abstract :
This paper focuses on the analysis of convergence and stability of conflict problems in corporate top management team. Based on a matrix of payoffs, we establish the replicator dynamics equations of two player asymmetric evolutionary games under the bounded rationality, and present the evolutionary stable strategies in conflict games. Afterwards, we assume a kind of conflict choice and regulation matrix, study the player´s dissymmetric behavior of the replicator dynamics, and examine the evolutionary phase diagrams and stabile states of conflict games under the regulation in company. Finally, we come to some useful conclusions.
