Abstract
As foreign banks´ application get nod in China, better financial service from these banks gives local lenders unprecedented competitions and challenges. As a financial institution under the direct leadership of the State Council, the Agriculture Development bank of China (ADBC) has the responsibility of implementing the policies of the governments while running business management. Given the ever-increasing competition for every consumer dollar, attaching importance to the management of customer resource will be an essential part of today´s financial business for ADBC and the implementation of the customer resource management based on data mining can be used to strictly separate policy from commercial business, strengthen internal control, prevent and control credit risks, reduce operating cost, offer efficient mechanism and obtain strong sustainability.
