Abstract :
The strategic competence of senior leaders in enterprise is one of the critical research issues on strategic management and human resource management. On the basis of text analysis of the senior leaders in Chinese enterprises, this paper designs an evaluation index system of the strategic competence of senior leaders in enterprises. In view of the fuzziness and the difficulty to quantify the strategic competence of senior leaders in enterprises, the analytic mathematical statistics and linear programming is adapted as the theoretical basis, and a comprehensive evaluation model for interval estimate and optimum assessment model is set up to comprehensively evaluate the strategic competence of senior leaders in enterprises. At last, a case study is provided to verify the model The research findings offer a workable approach in evaluating strategic competence of senior leader in enterprises. And it can serve as a basis in the selection, assessment and cultivation of senior leaders in enterprises.
