Abstract :
Economic downturn significantly affected European knowledge production industry. Under this condition new ideas for further development should be worked out on the base of business intelligence. As the solution of this problem marketing management concept is suggested to generate the proposal of research and development project for brain computer e-learning interface. Competitive properties of project proposals were estimated utilizing Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Combination of traditional and new business intelligence technologies in knowledge economy gave the possibility to work out project proposal accepted by community of funds providing financial support for high quality research.
