Abstract :
Safety management is an eternal theme for petrol-refining enterprises. By the research of producing characteristics, safety management actuality and safety evaluation index system of petro-refining enterprises, safety evaluation model was put forward. Based of the model, each safety factor was quantified. According to the request of producing safety rank and each factor´s single threshold, safety factors´ combined threshold range were educed, which provide a safety decision making basis for petro-refining enterprises.
