The Speculative Real Estate Bubble´s Feature and Early-Warning Research

The real estate bubble resulted from the over speculation is the most usual, threatening and most hard to prevent and control real estate bubble in the real estate market. Based on the analysis of the speculative real estate bubble´s feature, the thesis has classified the speculative real estate bubble, established the index system to measure the degree of the speculative real estate bubble, constructed the model for the speculative real estate bubble´s early warning, and take warrant analysis in process combined with our country´s reality. The thesis´ research result may provide somewhat consult value for the speculative real estate bubble´s supervision.
