Abstract :
Layered graphene were synthesized on carbon nanotubes surface by MWCVD method with the pretreatment of carbon nanotube. The field emission property of graphene-carbon nanotube complex material emitter. This kind of emitter may have potential applications in field emission display device for improving emission uniform.
