The basic premise of this article is that part of political risks (especially the host government´s intervention) results from the misconducts of MNCs. In other words, misconducts of MNCs may irritate host government to take negative actions, which in turn bring MNCs political risks. In this paper, taking China as the host country, we discuss what misconducts of MNCs may bring themselves political risks, why they take these misconducts, and how to deal with a host government adverse action resulting from MNCs´ misconducts in host country.
