Abstract :
On the basis of construction of government acquisition risk evaluation system, a risk evaluation model, which is based on BP artificial neural networks and fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is established, trained and simulated. The animation analysis indicates that the established model can be used to perform risk evaluation more directly and objectively. Thus, the results provide more reliable foundation for government acquisition risk evaluation.
