Abstract :
From the mechanism of integrated electro-optic detectors, we introduced their latest applications in various military projects are introduced, including integrated ultraviolet communication, aggregated electro-optic alarm, ultraviolet reconnaissance and ultraviolet guidance. The key technologies and typical applications of ultraviolet/infrared dual-band detector and hyper-spectral imaging detector are discussed in detail. The analysis may assist the development of next-generation aggregated electro-optic detector systems.
