  • Abstract
Summary form only given. The electrical explosion of a cylindrical Al foil is presented. Experiments were carried out on an inductive storage with a current of 20 kA. Owing to the high inductance of the storage (240 /spl mu/H), the current was staying constant during the explosion process. Explosion of fuse was studied in the time range of 0.1 ms \n\n\t\t
