Influential Factors on the E-government Information: Poverty and Envorinment in Xi´an

By the original data of related investigation and research, his paper summarizes the facts from a questionnaire, contrasts the reality of different departments, and makes quantitative analysis. The content of research includes editing data, analyzing data and displaying data. This paper uses the method of qualitative analysis to study a number of factors of e-government information poverty and environment and thinking by interpretive structural modeling (ISM) to summarize some of the opinions and discoveries during the research process.
