Abstract :
Networked readiness index (NRI) serves a decisive key since internet becomes significant tool in share information under globalization. NRI is to measure the participation degree of a nation or economic individual or to understand its benefit and readiness degrees from ICT industry. Effective NRI index application minimizes the national cost. Hence this paper will base on Mahalanobis-Taguchi System (MTS) to structure a NRI model. The data from 127 nations published on world economic forum (WEF) will be test sample to examine the accuracy of the model. The result of MTS structure shows that accuracy is up to 98.4% while 68 index reducing to 26 items which has no difference from WEF evaluation. It indicates to structure NRI simplified model by MTS brings cost benefit for the nation.
