Abstract :
China is a traditional agricultural country, so Chinese education issue should be also concerned with rural people. Compared with degree education, vocational training is more suitable to rural place. But how to design a peasant satisfied training plan is the problem which is not yet be solved. Here this paper just makes efforts in this issue. In this paper, the author comprehensive use SCCT theory and binary logistic regression, to find some significant factors which can affect their aspirations. Base on these finding, at the end of this paper, the author give some suggestions to the plan design of vocational training for peasant workers.
