Abstract :
A supply chain up and down stream integrated model is established for supply chain production planning. The factors such as price, inventory etc. are considered in the model. Lagrangian relaxation technology is used to optimize the supply chain integrated planning model. The model and technology provide theoretical foundation for up and down stream enterprises to realize "win-win" objective on the condition of information sharing. The number results prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
