Abstract :
A non-linear control Algorithm based on the backstepping approach for an induction motor is presented. For this purpose and in order to reduce the complexity of the real induction motor mathematical model, the multi-scalar machine model is exploited. Simulation results show that the proposed control provides a perfect tracking performance of the mechanical speed and the rotor flux magnitude to their reference trajectories.
