Abstract :
Chinese enterprises overseas M&As is a complicated systematic project involving large risks. Therefore, it is important to correctly identify the M&A risks. Only by this can effective risk preventive measures be formulated. There are three stages in Chinese enterprises overseas M&As, i.e. the early stage of M&As, the middle stage of M&As and the late stage of M&As, all of which have different problems and risks.
