Abstract :
The synergetic development relationship between logistics service providers and manufacturing clusters is discussed in this paper based on the potential function of profit. The data analysis of the Shaoxing textile enterprise cluster´s case is made to prove that both the cluster and logistic service providers can improve their production efficiency and profits through synergy, and the overall competition capability of the regional economy can also be promoted.
