Abstract :
There is an increasingly competitive market of online third-party payment in China. This paper describes the online third-party payment patterns of competition among enterprises based on Porter\´s "five-force model". Then some appropriate competitive strategies are proposed combined with two cases study, encard.net and shfft.com.
