Abstract :
Cluster supply chain is an organizational type of industrial cluster and supply chain combined. This paper illustrates significances and its merits of implementing of cluster supply chain, particularly based on time-competition. On the basis of the above, we also analyze the time structure of process of cluster supply chain management and its operational flow based on time competition.
