Abstract :
Network-centric computing involves fundamental changes at many levels that amount to a substantial paradigm shift in computing. Creative approaches and competent strategies to manage the network-centric environment at both the instructional design and user levels need to be established and understood in order to ensure a degree of quality comparable to what we had before. A few perspectives on some of the challenging issues in this environment are discussed
