  • Abstract
    In this paper the FDTD method is applied to accurately model cylindrical dielectric resonator filters. The Pade approximation is combined with this process to obtain more accurate frequency response. Numerical results are compared to those by the mode-matching method in the literature to verify the present approach. It shows good agreement. The modal-field distributions are also presented
