Abstract :
Based on the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project, comprehensively considered the different demand for spiral pipes and straight seam pipes of different transfer stations, the time schedule, the production capacity of domestic steel pipe manufacturers, and the current distribution of the railway freight lines, the essay studies the issues on the pipe transportation of the first stage of the project that is the midwest segment of the pipeline. And on this basis, the paper establishes the transportation model, calculates the model with the use of the software-"Lingo", and eventually concludes the ideal transportation scheme.
