Abstract

Along with the prominent development of modern science and technology and the elevated requirement of ship products, shipbuilding mode is becoming increasingly advanced and consummated, which, based on mass customization, turns into an inevitable trend. Modern management technology needs to fit for this development. Researching on the traditional agile supply chain, this paper discusses theories and methods of the shipbuilding agile supply chain management, and puts forward the systems architecture, and finally analyzes properly. The system is provided with great application values for developing the modern shipbuilding mode and constructing the agile supply chain in shipbuilding enterprises.
