Abstract
Based on a survey on evaluation index system of network culture security (NCS), with an empirical analysis, this paper classifies the varied information concerning NCS and establishes the evaluation index system of NCS. It can provide evidences for establishing and progressing the laws and regulations of system of NCS, and for studying and developing the safeguard structure and the systematic platform of NCS.
