Research on Design of the Logistic System of the Old Northeastern Industrial Base

The promotion of the Old Northeastern industrial base needs logistic industry which has low cost, high efficiency, specialized and integration as support. But each links between the logistic systems of the entire Old Northeastern industrial base has weak linking, inefficient operation and has not formed into a unified market. So need a unified and efficient logistic system to satisfy with the need of the development of the Old Northeastern industrial base. This thesis aims to construct a better logistic system of the Old Northeastern industrial base, uses mainly the method of the systems analysis, and designs the aggregated frame of the logistic system of the Old Northeastern industrial base to offer decision-making support to government and enterprises and make service to the promotion and development of the Old Northeastern industrial base.
