Abstract
A new control method for parallel connected current type PWM rectifiers for high power applications which can achieve state feedback control to improve the AC input current waveform is proposed. The main circuit configuration which can suppress inter-bridge currents, control methods of AC input and DC output currents, and a new generating method of PWM pattern are shown. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is confirmed by some experimental investigations.<>
